Mr. Saulitis was formerly a partner at Lunney & Crocco. His litigation experience runs the gamut from pre-litigation strategy through pre-trial to trial and appellate practice in state and federal courts nationwide, as well as ADR (arbitration and mediation). His clients have included financial institutions, insurers, real estate concerns, public and private corporations in a variety of industries, not-for-profit organizations and individuals. He has successfully handled matters involving intellectual property, technology, agribusiness, employment, insurance coverage, products liability and numerous other areas of law. When resolution of disputes entails litigation or litigation-prevention strategies, attorney Saulitis brings his expertise to bear on behalf of clients to Law Office of Suzanne M. Saia, LLC.
Mr. Saultis has been admitted pro hac vice in multiple state and federal courts. He has served as general counsel to two not-for-profit corporations and has served as a director of a prominent insurance concern and an international business concern. He also has served as an arbitrator with FINRA as well as by private appointment and has served on the Executive Committee and the Committee on the Judiciary of the Commercial and Federal Litigation Section of the New York State Bar Association, with which he has authored and edited several published works in the area of federal jurisprudence and procedure.
