Mr. Fauth served 15 years as chief legal counsel and head of claims for a leading national property and casualty insurer and was principal to a successful law practice for 20 years before handing over the reins to Ms. Saia. Mr. Fauth's firm handled thousands of defense, coverage, and subrogation claims and lawsuits in New York and New Jersey. In addition, Mr. Fauth provides claim consulting services to carriers seeking to develop improved systems, processes, methodologies and strategies to improve liability claim and litigation results especially in the difficult venues of New York City and other problematic urban areas.
